About Support Logic
Support Logic is an AI platform built for Australian NDIS and disability support providers. It combines deep training on public NDIS and employment frameworks with your own uploaded documents to deliver fast, reliable guidance.
Consultants are valuable for complex matters but costly and availability-limited. Support Logic gives your whole team instant access to consistent, document-backed answers — while consultants remain appropriate for high-stakes legal or strategic work.
Knowledge & training
Our base model includes the NDIS Act, operational guidelines, practice standards, Code of Conduct, SIL and SDA frameworks, Fair Work legislation, the SCHADS Award, and National Employment Standards. You can extend this with your own files via the document workspace.
PDF, Word (.docx), plain text, Markdown, and CSV files are supported in the document workspace. Contact us if you need additional formats for your organisation.
Responses are generated from indexed source material with references where possible. Support Logic is a decision-support tool — not a substitute for legal advice. Always verify critical compliance decisions with qualified professionals.
Security & privacy
Yes — uploaded documents are access-controlled, encrypted at rest, and de-identified before they are indexed or used by the AI. We recommend not uploading identifiable participant information. Contact us about data-residency and enterprise data-handling requirements.
